Place is wonderful! Great people, large rooms and baths. Restaurant on site, and great lobby and enclaves perfect for socializing. Beds are soft, refrigerator, but no microwave in room. Very quiet and safe. Indoor Pool, but during our stay the hot tub was not available.

Awesome place, the courtyard is so beautiful and the rooms are so clean and cozy. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was so delicious and the service was exceptional. Ren was our server and she did a wonderful job. Very nice and professional with the dishes and food preparation. Definitely going to visit Cherry Valley Hotel again

The front desk staff were absolutely on top of their game . They responded immediately with any questions or needing more towels . Disappointed the hot tub is permanently closed but had an amazing time regardless ! Restaurant was good - menu wasn’t huge but understandable why it’s in the smaller side . Grounds are absolutely stunning - we had a courtyard view

This is a decent place. Staff is super friendly and attentive. I love the resort style feel and the room was ok. Love the Spectrum tv package However It needs some effort. As you walk around it’s cool, but you can tell there is a lack of effort with things. Lots of cosmetic issues. To me it seems they have mailed it in and are just happy collecting our money. Hot Tub is out of order…I guess permanently. They have some nice bars on property, but only some are open and not staffed through the day (even on a Saturday!) it’s billed as a resort, people are staying and don’t want to leave! Horrible scheduling and management on this issue. Rooms lack modern updates (usb ports) and even in a double “king” really queen bed rooms, there wasn’t a serving area that most hotels have to place drinks and food. 20+ bucks for a breakfast “buffet” featuring a few options is LOL. They have a beautiful courtyard, but everything looks neglected…that’s a shame. Trim the trees, pave the path, fix the tub and maybe update the rooms for the modern traveler. Not a waste of money, but I’m likely not coming back.

The beds were extremely comfortable.. These were the best and I was relieved and slept well. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was so friendly, and they accommodated us on a couple requests we made during our stay. Close to Granville. Perfect girl trip.
